We're in Michigan!!!

Well all I can say is this ain't summer.  This is winter in Texas.  It really has been nice weather the entire summer.  We have been staying with my folks for quite a while now and have finally found a nice cheap place to live.  We have purchased a used manufactured home in Saline/Ann Arbor area.  Yes we are going to be trailer folk.  Not really that bad.  There are some pretty nice homes out there.  This one is a 3 bedroom 1570 ft² .doublewide for $25,500.  Dern cheap and in good condition.  Also, very safe and clean neighborhood.

Paula now has a job at the local grocery store part time for an extra few bucks.  Heck more than a few bucks...she is doing pretty well, and it will help out a whole bunch.

This summer we have done more "stuff" than we have since before kids.  I have been to 4 or 5 ball games, played tennis, softball league, gone to the beach, and gotten more mosquito bites at gramma and grampas mosquito farm than I ever have before.

We miss all of our friends in Texas, Milwaukee and wherever else We/I have been in the last year.  It's been a whirlwind year.  Full of grief and pain along with some good changes which we have fought for years and years.

Within the past year we have decided to home school our kids.  Actually Paula feels this is directly from the Lord so who are we to get in the way.  It is going well and the kids are learning a ton, as is Paula.
